Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Establish company‑wide project governance systems, including policies, assessment standards and resource pool planning.
Oversee the overall project portfolio; manage project priorities, resource allocation and return on investment.
Report to senior management with strategic post‑project reviews, risk warnings and resource planning reports.
Promote digital and process‑oriented project management to improve overall delivery efficiency.
Lead the PMO team, develop project management talents and accumulate organizational project assets.
Job Requirements
Over 4 years of PMO management or large‑scale project management experience.
Systematic thinking with strengths in process building, resource coordination and strategy execution.
Strong leadership and stress tolerance for driving complex cross‑departmental reforms.
PMP/ACP or top‑tier enterprise PMO experience preferred.
