Retail Banking - General Banking Officer

Our client, one of the well-established banks in Hong Kong, is now seeking for suitable candidates to fit their post of General Banking Officer in their retail banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Retail Banking financial products to customers, in particularly Life Ins, P Loan, HML, and Accounts & CRC.
• Maintain good relationship with both existing and new client
• Handle enquiries as well as ad-hoc duties assigned
• Responsible for handling daily administration and customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in banking or finance industry
• Related qualifications under IIQE for selling insurance products is a must
• Good command of English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Excellent selling, relationship building and interpersonal skill
