Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute diverse digital marketing activities, covering social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and WeChat), search engine advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads), and email marketing, etc. channels, to enhance brand exposure and user conversion rate

• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies and target audience behavior, and combine data tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, third-party data platforms) for performance tracking and optimization recommendations

• Coordinate internal design, content creation, and technical teams, push marketing material production and launch, and support cross-departmental projects (such as new product launches, holiday promotions, and member growth plans)

• Regularly compile marketing results reports and submit key performance indicators (KPIs) to management, including traffic sources, interaction rate, click-through rate, conversion cost, and return on investment (ROI), and propose sustainable improvement solutions

Work requirements

• Have basic digital marketing concepts, be familiar with mainstream platform operation logic and advertising placement mechanism; welcome fresh graduates or career changers to apply, the company provides systematized training and practical guidance

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with good English and Mandarin reading and writing abilities, and able to independently handle bilingual content planning and customer collaboration
