Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the market promotion and sales of electric vehicle charging pile related products and system solution, covering residential, commercial buildings, parking lots, property management companies and government projects of diverse customer types.
- Proactively develop potential customers, conduct requirement analysis, on-site inspections, technical communication and solution demonstrations, and assist customers in clarifying charging infrastructure planning and implementation paths.
- Follow up on quotations, contract negotiations, order signing and delivery coordination, ensure project progress on schedule, and continuously track customer usage feedback and secondary expansion opportunities.
Work requirements
- Have 2 years or more of industrial equipment, energy infrastructure, smart hardware or B2B technology-based sales experience, those with charging stations, photovoltaics, energy storage, distribution systems or smart building related field experience are preferred.
- Familiar with Hong Kong local power regulations, Housing Department guidelines, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) safety standards and common installation scenarios (such as upgrading old buildings, reserving for new projects, multi-level car park layouts, etc.).
- Have basic electrical engineering concepts, understand three-phase voltage, load calculation, MCCB/RCBO configuration, grounding and lightning protection requirements, and be able to communicate and collaborate efficiently with technical teams.
- Have independent customer development ability, good at using telephone, email, exhibitions, industry activities and referral channels to build business networks; fluent in Cantonese, understand Mandarin and basic English reading and writing is better.
- Have good logical thinking and proposal skills, be able to translate technical parameters into customer value language, and handle different stages of customer concerns and decision-making processes with professionalism, integrity, and patience.
