Senior Account Officer / Assistant Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Handle Full Set include A/P & A/R online and offline.

• Responsible for general ledger maintenance, accounts filing and

documentation

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of

invoices, receipts and payments.

• Handle month-end closing and budget preview.

• Support daily operations

• Undertake ad hoc projects and outdoor assignments as required

Office hour :

Mon to Fri 09:00 - 18:00; Sat 09:00 - 13:00

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, or holder of LCCI Level 3

• Minimum 3 years of practical accounting experience

• 5.5 day work weekly

• Candidates with 3+ years of solid full-set accounting experience will be

considered for Senior position

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and English/Chinese word processing

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

essential for communication with mainland team/suppliers

• Immediately available is highly preferred.
