Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for commercial negotiations with the company's existing and potential customers, building and maintaining long-term stable cooperative relationships.
In-depth understanding of customer business needs and foreign labor input process, answering customer questions about foreign labor input matters,
Full follow-up on customer foreign labor input execution process, including application documents, recruitment arrangements, worker entry arrangements, etc.
Actively track customer foreign labor input progress, synchronize labor and immigration status in a timely manner to ensure information transparency.
Handling customer post-purchase services, including arranging interviews for replacement workers, handling documents, etc.

Work requirements

Have at least 2 years of trade follow-up, sales support or business assistant related work experience, familiar with B2B sales process and order management operations.
Have excellent Chinese communication and expression skills, be able to clearly understand customer intentions and accurately communicate internal needs; those with good English reading and writing abilities are especially good, as they can handle basic international emails and documents.
Proficient in Office office software (especially Excel and Outlook), those with basic ERP or CRM system operation experience are preferred.
Careful and steady, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multiple orders and customer needs at the same time, with good time management and problem prediction abilities.
Have basic knowledge of commercial laws and trade practices as well as labor regulations, and be able to implement risk control in daily work.
