1. Communication/ Electronics/ Computer Science or above degree, or 1 year or above relevant work experience;
2. Need basic network knowledge, with telecommunications industry experience recommended;
3. Familiar with network infrastructure, office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email) and other applications
4. Have the ability to read, listen and write emails in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Supplementary requirements:
1. Familiar with SDH/OTN, DWDM, VPLS, MPLS technologies and undersea cable networking;
2. Have practical management experience in various network devices such as SDH/OTN, Ethernet, and IP;
3. Proficient in using various test instruments for fault diagnosis;
