Assistant Property Officer / Property Officer (Tsing Yi)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all rounded supervision on property and facility management
• To handle emergency incidents, customer enquiries and complaints
• Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
• Maintain good tenant relationships and supervision the performance of contractor
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor
• Immediate availability is preferable

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in property management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years experience in Property Management industry (less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer)
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge of MS Office
