IT Support Specialist (Part-time)

Job Duties:

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees.

· Install, configure, and update company devices (Windows) and office software.

· Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

· Arrange and manage Zoom seminar and back stage support.

Requirements:

· Diploma/ Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

· Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Windows.

· Familiar with basic networking (Wi-Fi) and office cloud suites (M365/Google Workspace).

· Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
