Job Title: Medical Beauty Consultant
Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and personalized medical beauty consultation services to customers, using advanced beauty technology knowledge from Korea, to help customers evaluate their skin condition and recommend the most suitable treatment and care plan

• Promote and sell various medical beauty treatments (such as laser treatment, radiofrequency skin tightening, micro-needle insertion, etc.) and professional skin care products under the company's brand, achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction

• Systematically manage customer treatment records and personal skin care files, establish long-term trust relationships, and continuously enhance brand loyalty and repeat purchase rates

• Collaborate with store managers to execute daily operations, including administrative support, clerical work, inventory coordination, and special event support

Work requirements:

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience as a beauty consultant, sales representative or customer service representative (with a medical aesthetic background being particularly desirable)

• Secondary School Diploma or above;

• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills and service awareness, be polite and patient, and be willing to interact with customers of different backgrounds and understand their needs

• Honest and hard-working, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently or in a team, and able to adapt to shift work and store work arrangements

• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English for communication and sales; familiar with Chinese and English computer input

• Highly enthusiastic about the medical aesthetics industry, willing to continuously learn new technologies and products, and actively participate in internal and overseas training
