Hong Kong Central Kitchen Western Chef

1. Responsible for preparing, cooking and serving Western dishes during the night shift.

2. According to the menu requirements, efficiently complete various Western main dishes, side dishes and sauces.

3. Ensure food freshness and hygiene standards, strictly enforce food safety management systems.

5. Work closely with team members to ensure that meals are completed on time and of high quality.

Position requirements

1. Have relevant work experience in Western cuisine, familiar with the Western culinary process and seasoning techniques.

2. Able to adapt to night shift work arrangements (specific work hours to be discussed).

3. Have team spirit, work seriously and responsibly, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.

4. Hold a valid food safety and hygiene certificate (such as the Hong Kong food safety certificate) is preferred.

5. Candidates with group dining or large kitchen work experience are preferred.
