Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales promotion and customer development of various fresh ingredients (such as vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, frozen foods and seasonings), expanding catering, canteens, schools and small and medium-sized retail customers through telephone, online platform, on-site visits, etc.
- Provide professional food ingredient advice and matching solutions based on customer needs, help customers optimize their procurement structure, control costs and ensure food quality and supply stability.
- Execute order processing, delivery coordination and logistics follow-up, ensure food is delivered on time, of high quality and in compliance with regulations, and respond promptly to customer inquiries about delivery, specifications or acceptance.
- Regularly visit customer sites to understand usage feedback and inventory status, build long-term trust relationships; collect market dynamics and competitive information, report to the management team to support product strategy adjustments.
- In accordance with the company's food safety and compliance requirements, correctly record sales data, save customer contracts and inspection report duplicates, and participate in internal food safety training and sales process improvement projects.
Work requirements
- Have at least one year of experience in food, agricultural products, catering supply chain or B2B sales, familiar with food characteristics, storage and transportation conditions and industry regulations. Those who are familiar with these are preferred.
- Have good communication and expression skills and service awareness, be able to clearly explain the product advantages, and effectively handle customer objections and complaints.
- Have basic digital tool operation skills, be able to use Excel proficiently to sort out reports, and operate CRM systems or enterprise communication software (such as LINE Business, Google Workspace)
- Have independent work ability and sense of responsibility, be able to adapt to flexible field work arrangements, including weekend or short-term business trips, and have basic transportation driving qualifications (motorcycle or small car)
