Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the digital customer experience.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s online platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, manage SEO/SEM initiatives, and analyze web traffic to optimize performance.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role, preferably within a retail or digital environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools, and e-commerce platform functionalities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
