IT Director

Strategic IT Leadership & Operations:

• Serve as the head of the IT department, providing leadership across all global locations including Hong Kong, China, and the Americas.

• Ensure seamless operational support for worldwide manufacturing facilities and corporate offices.

• Bridge local transformation efforts with overseas stakeholder communications to ensure unified global IT strategies.

Digital Transformation & Systems Implementation:

• Lead the deployment and optimization of critical manufacturing IT infrastructure, particularly ERP, MES, and digital factory systems.

• Direct overseas IT implementation projects, applying best practices from previous international experiences such as in Southeast Asia.

• Champion the practical adoption of AI tools, facilitating their integration into daily business routines to modernize operations.

Professional Experience:

• Solid background in manufacturing IT, with deep expertise in managing and implementing ERP, MES, and digital factory ecosystems.

• Proven track record of successful overseas IT implementations, particularly in regions like Southeast Asia.

• Demonstrated experience in bringing AI tools into daily corporate and manufacturing workflows.

Language & Mobility:

• Strong working-level English proficiency is required to effectively participate in international meetings and manage global travel.

• Willingness and ability to cover and travel to worldwide manufacturing and office locations.
