Approval Officer

Job Responsibilities:

lIn the work process, the Approval Department is the customer service department's audit department. Its primary work is to review the application documents submitted by the customer service department, including further account opening review, further system input, conducting KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (anti-money laundering), fee adjustments, permission delegation, and data management.

l Daily monitoring, including handling active customer suspicious cases, dormant customer cases, processing compliance surveillance deposit and withdrawal reports, etc., conducting AML evaluation and updating customer risk levels.

l Process the renewal of permanent authorization, professional investor qualification review, third-party authorization, bounce mail, etc.

l Responsible for introducing and registering management.

l Assist in improving work processes and ensure that all requests comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

l Close cooperation with compliance, internal audit, operations and other relevant departments on all customer data issues.

l Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Requirements

l Bachelor's degree or above;

l At least 3 years of experience in customer service, customer guidance or AML/KYC field, preferably in the banking and financial sector;

l High level of customer service orientation;

l Multitasking and problem-solving abilities;

l Mature, patient, cheerful, and detail-oriented;

l Must be fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
