Core requirements
Professional background: Have solid English skills (native level / professional English-related degree / rich English teaching qualifications are preferred), a systematic English teaching method, and the ability to design teaching content based on children's cognitive characteristics;
Teaching experience: Applicants with teaching experience for young children (3-6 years old) in English are preferred, as they are good at stimulating children's learning interest through fun and interactive activities;
Professional ethics: patient and detailed, strong sense of responsibility, and love for children's education. He is good at communicating and expressing, and can establish a good teacher-student relationship with children. His teaching style is professional and affectionate.
Job Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one English teaching for children, including oral expression, listening training, English picture book reading, vocabulary accumulation, etc.;
Design fun and game-based teaching plans, combining nursery rhymes, animations, and interactive games to enhance children's English perception and learning enthusiasm;
Regularly feedback children’s learning progress, communicate teaching effectiveness with parents, and adjust teaching plans based on children’s acceptance;
Working time and form
Time is negotiable, live-in / live-out is optional
