Operator customer manager

Duties:

1. Responsible for customer maintenance and development of China Mobile/China Telecom/China Unicom, promote the company's network security, information security hardware and software products and services to industry customers, follow up on customer needs, and achieve sales targets;

2. Search for business opportunities, regularly visit key customers, and introduce products and solutions to customers;

3. Be sensitive to user needs, understand customer needs in a timely manner, coordinate internal departments to respond and meet user needs in a timely manner, and have a service awareness;

4. Can independently complete project follow-up, bidding, business negotiation, contract signing and customer service, etc. related work;

5. Establish and maintain good cooperative relations with major customers and peers, and jointly promote project success and implementation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of experience in large-scale customer sales in the communications industry, those with operator industry customer resources or security company sales background are preferred;

2. Have network security, information security work experience is preferred; have a certain understanding of information security network security products and services;

3. Have excellent market expansion abilities, be familiar with market sales skills, and be able to continuously discover new customers and handle various problems encountered in the customer service process;

4. Have the ability to handle complex problems and emergencies independently; be good at dealing with corporate executives and government leaders, have strong communication, coordination, public relations and management abilities, meticulous logical thinking, and able to think from the customer's perspective;

5. Able to use Word, Excel, PPT and other common office software fluently, with strong writing and expression skills;

6. Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

8-hour work schedule, weekend double pay, holiday breaks, paid annual leave, employee medical insurance, employee health check, etc. Monthly salary of HKD 30,000, year-end bonus, performance bonus, and excellent employees are granted company stock.
