Product salesperson

In-depth understanding of the functional characteristics, advantages, nutrition, efficacy, and cooking methods of various sesame products of the company, and providing quick and appropriate recommendations to customers based on their actual needs

Actively execute monthly/quarterly sales targets, achieve monthly and quarterly goals, proactively develop potential customers, and interact with them on site

Continuously maintain existing customer relationships, regularly follow up on usage feedback and future needs, and improve repurchase rate, referral rate, and overall customer satisfaction

To meet the operational needs of the Shatin branch, it may be necessary to work overtime or extend working hours to achieve key performance indicators

Regularly participate in internal sales training, new product introduction and explanation, and sales script practice to continuously improve sales skills, handling objections, cross-lingual communication standards (Cantonese/Mandarin/Commercial English), and digital tool application proficiency.

Have 1 to 3 years of practical sales experience, those with retail, food products, and related industry sales backgrounds are especially preferred; those who have won "Sales Champion", "Best Service Award" and other internal or industry certifications are given priority;

Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, and be able to fluently use Cantonese, Mandarin, and business English

Outgoing and proactive personality, strong sense of responsibility, and high stress resistance, able to achieve stable results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and multi-tasking work environment
