Job Description

Event Booth Helper (Central)

Position Overview
Our client is an established brand seeking energetic, proactive, and responsible Event Booth Helpers to support their upcoming marketing and engagement campaign. Located at a high-traffic hub, this role is perfect for students, slashers, or anyone looking for a stable short-term contract with a flexible, consistent schedule this summer.

Key Details
Employment Period: Mid-July – Mid-September 2026
Commitment: Around 3–4 days per week (Flexible shift roster)
Shift Hours: 06:30 – 16:30 (10 hours per day, includes a 1-hour lunch break)
Work Location: Central (Convenient, indoor, air-conditioned environment)

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support: Greet commuters and visitors at the event booth, introducing campaign details and managing daily booth operations.
Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by proactively approaching people, answering inquiries, and assisting with promotional activities or redemptions.
Crowd Control: Assist in managing queues and maintaining a smooth, orderly flow of visitors around a high-traffic booth.
Booth Maintenance: Ensure the booth setup remains tidy, organized, and fully stocked with promotional materials throughout the shift.

Job Requirements
Attributes: Outgoing, highly proactive, responsible, and possesses a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Communication: Good spoken communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to confidently interact with a diverse mix of local and international commuters.
Availability: Able to commit to early morning shifts starting at 06:30. Flexible schedules can be arranged based on a 3–4 days per week setup.
Experience: Prior experience in event support, retail customer service, or hospitality is an advantage, but passionate current university students are welcome to apply!
