New project manager

<p>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Coordinate new project market promotion activities, develop specific strategies and supervise execution to ensure targets are met. <br>2. Responsible for the design and production of advertising creativity, including but not limited to print advertising, digital advertising and multimedia materials, ensuring that they meet the brand positioning and market demand. <br>3. Plan and organize relevant activities or projects, from concept design to implementation, to enhance brand awareness and market influence. <br>4. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure effective resource integration, improve work efficiency and product quality. <br>5. Regularly analyze market dynamics and competitive situation, provide feasible advice to the company, and adjust and optimize promotion plans. <br><br>Requirements:<br>1. At least three years of marketing promotion or advertising planning related experience, those with successful case studies will be given priority. <br>2. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently manage cross-department project teams. <br>3. Be sensitive to market trends, familiar with current mainstream advertising forms and digital marketing tools, and able to quickly adapt to changes. <br>4. Creative and logical, able to independently complete the writing and proposal of planning cases. <br>5. Positive and proactive work attitude, good stress management and time management skills, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</p>
