Brand Export Trading Assistant Manager

The Brand Export Trading Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting the international trade operations of the products of our company’s brand - THIS IS FOR U. This position involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient export processes, maintaining product standards, and contributing to market expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assists in planning and executing export trading strategies for branded products to meet international market demands

- Coordinates with logistics, customs, and sales teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods across borders

- Monitors global market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making and business development

- Manages documentation related to international trade, including contracts, invoices, and compliance reports

- Supports the development and maintenance of strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience in export trading, preferably within the branded consumer goods industry

- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and customs procedures

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and additional languages considered an advantage

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
