Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning and decision-making:According to the group's strategic and global layout planning, assist the general manager in formulating the Asia-Pacific region's overseas cross-border e-commerce logistics strategy, dynamically analyze market trends and policy changes, promote regional business and group goals to achieve synergies, and ensure that the group's strategy is aligned and maintain competitive advantage.
2. Overseas operations and management:Responsible for the operation and management of the overseas logistics network in the Asia-Pacific region, optimizing the logistics end-to-end process from China and other Asia-Pacific regions (such as Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia) , optimize process and resource allocation, strictly control lead time and service quality, promote global collaboration and continuous cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
3. Customer expansion and maintenance:Develop and deepen customers in the Asia-Pacific region, provide customized logistics solutions based on the group's global network, drive customer growth and enhance market share.
4. Team building and management:Develop high-performance teams by fostering talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and performance-driven culture, and build sustainable organizational capabilities.

6. Risk Management and Compliance Operations:Ensure the compliant operation of overseas business in the Asia-Pacific region, familiar with customs policies and cross-border e-commerce regulations of various countries, strengthen crisis management, and ensure business safety and brand reputation.
7. Financial Management and Budget Control:
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, those with MBA or equivalent master's degree are preferred.
2. More than 10 years of cross-border e-commerce logistics industry work experience, at least 5 years of high-level management experience, familiar with the logistics market operation experience in the Asia-Pacific region (such as Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia) is preferred.
3. Have excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities, be able to accurately grasp market trends, and formulate practical and feasible regional development strategies and business plans.
4. Familiar with the policy environment and cross-border e-commerce logistics industry standards in the Asia-Pacific region, with good compliance management awareness.
5. Proficient in English and Mandarin, able to communicate and write reports fluently in English, and Mandarin as the main working language needs to reach native level
6. Adapt to frequent overseas business trips, have good cross-cultural communication skills and international business experience, and be able to effectively cope with the working environment of multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
