1. Job Responsibilities
Deeply involved or leading equity financing, debt financing, M&A restructuring, etc. capital operation projects, write business plans, financing solutions and roadshow materials.
Track and analyze capital market dynamics, providing decision support for the company's financing strategy.
- Market expansion and strategic cooperation:
According to the company's strategy, explore new business fields and market channels, identify and establish potential strategic cooperative relationships.
Responsible for expanding and maintaining key resources such as government, industrial parks, and industry associations, and seeking policy and resource support.
Lead or participate in major commercial cooperation projects, including negotiation, agreement drafting and execution.
- Industry research and analysis:
Conduct due diligence and feasibility analysis on potential cooperative partners and investment projects.
- Internal coordination and project management:
Efficiently coordinate internal investment, finance, legal, and operations departments to ensure smooth progress of investment and financing and cooperation projects.
Responsible for the full life cycle management of key projects, ensuring project goals are achieved.
2. Employment requirements
- Education major: Bachelor's degree or above from well-known universities at home and abroad in finance, economics, business administration, and investment.
- Work experience: More than 3 to 5 years of investment-related work experience in well-known financial institutions (such as securities investment banks, PE/VC, fund companies, industrial investment institutions) or large corporate groups investment department/strategic development department.
- Financial background: Have solid financial knowledge, familiar with financial modeling, valuation analysis, investment process and capital operation mode.
- Government and market familiarity: In-depth understanding of the internal market environment, business rules and government operation procedures, those who have good government, institutional and corporate network are preferred.
- Project experience: Have complete experience in independently responsible or core participation in successful financing/merger and acquisition/large-scale cooperative projects.
