Job Description
<p>Job Title: Beauty Exhibition Brand Consultant / Beauty Exhibition Brand Consultant<br> Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>As the image representative of the ERBA MIGINA brand, showcase a professional, friendly, and fashionable image at the exhibition, actively attract visitors and interact with them, and actively communicate the brand concept and core values.</li><li>Clear and professional introduction and demonstration of product ingredients, characteristics, efficacy and usage method to Chinese and foreign visitors (especially international customers), providing personalized beauty consultation services.</li><li>At the exhibition site, actively promote product sales and sampling work, politely and effectively collect potential customer information, and help brand market expansion.</li><li>Assist in hosting small interactive activities (such as raffles, product experiences, etc.), create an active booth atmosphere, and enhance visitors' participation and brand recognition.</li><li></li><li>Listen carefully and record visitors’ feedback on the product, especially the voices from international customers, and promptly summarize and feedback to the team leader.</li></ul><p><br> Work requirements:</p><ul><li>Foreigners whose native language is English.</li><li>Have fluent Chinese listening and speaking skills, be able to communicate smoothly with Chinese teams and accurately convey product information to Chinese customers.</li><li>Good image and temperament, confident and generous, with good affinity and communication and expression skills, and willing to interact with others.</li><li>Love the beauty and skin care industry, have basic knowledge or strong interest in this field.</li><li>Applicants with beauty, cosmetics, retail, customer service, and promotional event experience will be given priority. </li><li>Applicants with experience in participating in exhibitions or similar activities in China are preferred.</li><li>Strong learning ability, able to master product knowledge and sales skills in a short time.</li><li>Outgoing and cheerful personality, with good team spirit and stress resistance.</li><li>Able to adapt to the high-intensity work rhythm during the exhibition, including long periods of standing.</li><li>Must ensure participation in the training organized by the Chinese company before the exhibition, and be able to fully commit to work during the exhibition period (November 12 to November 14).</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong>​</p><p>​<strong>I. Key Responsibilities:​</strong>​</p><ul><li>​<strong>Brand Ambassador:​</strong>​ Act as the face of ERBA MIGINA at exhibitions — engaging visitors confidently and warmly while embodying the brand’s style and values.</li><li>​<strong>Product Expertise:​</strong>​ Demonstrate and explain product features, ingredients, benefits, and usage clearly and professionally to both Chinese and international visitors. Provide tailored skincare and beauty advice.</li><li>​<strong>Drive Sales & Sampling:​</strong>​ Proactively (yet politely) promote products, distribute samples, and capture qualified leads.</li><li>​<strong>Engage & Energize the Crowd:​</strong>​ Help host and participate in interactive booth activities (e.g., games, product trials, giveaways) to create a lively, memorable brand experience.</li><li>​<strong>Team Player:​</strong>​ Collaborate smoothly with the Chinese team to ensure seamless operations and a consistently high-quality visitor experience.</li><li>​<strong>Gather Feedback:​</strong>​ Collect and compile visitor insights — especially from international customers — and share constructive feedback with the team lead.</li></ul><p>​<strong>II. Requirements:​</strong>​</p><p>​<strong>Must-Haves:​</strong>​</p><ul><li>Native English speaker</li><li>Strong spoken Mandarin skills — must be able to communicate fluently with Chinese teammates and explain products clearly to local customers</li><li>Polished, outgoing, and engaging personality; confident interacting with strangers</li><li>A real interest in beauty and skincare</li></ul><p>​<strong>Nice-to-Haves:​</strong>​</p><ul><li>Experience in beauty, retail, promotions, or customer-facing roles</li><li>Previous exhibition or event experience in China</li><li>Quick learner — able to master product knowledge rapidly</li><li>Team-oriented, positive, and resilient under pressure</li></ul><p>​<strong>Logistics:​</strong>​</p><ul><li>Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods during the event</li><li>Available to attend pre-event training and work full-time during the exhibition (Nov 12–14)</li></ul>
