Position Title: Digital Graphic Designer (Marketing & AI Content Creation)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Graphic Designer with strong expertise in AI-assisted graphic generation, poster design, and social media content creation. The ideal candidate will blend traditional design skills with cutting-edge AI tools to produce visually compelling marketing materials, maintain brand consistency, and drive engagement across digital platforms.
A. Key Responsibilities
1. AI Graphic Generation
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to create innovative visuals for campaigns.
- Experiment with generative design workflows to enhance productivity and creativity.
2. Poster & Print Design
- Design promotional posters, flyers, and in-store marketing materials.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
3. Social Media Content Creation & Maintenance
- Develop engaging graphics, animations, and layouts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Little Red Book, BiliBili and TikTok.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and update visual assets regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
4. Promotion Design
- Create digital ads, banners, and promotional visuals for online campaigns.
- Adapt designs for multiple formats (web, mobile, print).
- Monitor performance metrics and refine designs based on audience engagement.
5. Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate campaign ideas into impactful visuals.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on brand storytelling.
B. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital design, poster creation, and social media content.
- Familiarity with AI design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
C. Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust creative strategies.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Chinese) for regional marketing campaigns.
