Job Description

Market Manager


Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement overall market strategy, including brand positioning, market promotion, product launch, and competitive analysis, to drive business sustained growth.

  • Lead new product market feasibility study, target audience analysis and product launch path design, and collaborate with product and sales teams to implement commercialization.

  • Regularly compile market performance reports, monitor market trends, consumer behavior changes and competitive product dynamics, and propose data-supported strategy optimization recommendations.


Work requirements

  • One year of market-related work experience, those who have participated in product promotion, brand building or integrated marketing projects are preferred.

  • Familiar with the Hong Kong local market environment, understand Cantonese, English and Mandarin three-way communication, and be able to independently write Chinese and English market copy and presentation materials.

  • Flexible and proactive thinking, with cross-departmental coordination experience and project management skills, can efficiently complete tasks in a hybrid office mode.
