Responsibilities Description:
1. Daily fund collection and payment and sales support
1) Process multiple currencies (HKD, USD, CNY, etc.) in cash, bank transfers, cheques, money orders, wire transfers, and third-party payment platforms;
2. Responsible for bank account and POS management
1) Responsible for opening, changing, canceling, annual inspection, KYC/AML information submission, etc. of Hong Kong and overseas bank accounts;
2) Responsible for the daily maintenance, use and ledger registration of POS cash registers.
3. Financial-related statement preparation and bookkeeping
1) Responsible for timely and accurate registration of cash and bank daily journals, invoice transmission, and daily and monthly settlement;
2) Responsible for the compilation of daily and monthly financial reports;
4. System and process optimization
1) Maintain Hong Kong-related bank data in the funds system to ensure data accuracy;
2) Participate in the design and optimization of Hong Kong's fund management system, process, and authority, and improve efficiency and internal control.
Requirements:
Basic requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, and related fields.
2. 1 to 3 years of funding/seniority/bank-related experience, with cross-border funding experience preferred.
3. Familiar with bank operations, foreign exchange transactions, and compliance risk control.
4. Proficient in Excel, Word, and other office software and related fund systems.
5. Precise and detailed, strong sense of responsibility, stress resistance, good communication and coordination skills.
Other requirements
1. Multicurrency and cross-border high-frequency: familiar with handling Hong Kong dollars, US dollars, Renminbi and other major currencies, familiar with SWIFT, CHATS, RTGS and other clearing systems.
2. Strong regulatory compliance: Familiar with the Hong Kong Banking Ordinance, Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Ordinance, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's guidelines, foreign exchange controls and tax regulations.
3. Bilingual ability: Written and oral fluency in Chinese and English is preferred.
