This is an exciting opportunity for students and graduates to gain hands-on working experience. We’re seeking a highly driven, proactive fast learner with a strong customer-first mindset to join our team.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Match suitable foreign domestic helpers to client needs; conduct interviews in Cantonese, Mandarin and English</li><li>Answer questions about hiring process, employment best practices, and Hong Kong labour, immigration and consulate requirements</li><li>Handle daily branch operations, document processing, client communications and servicing</li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Language (spoken/written/typing): Native Cantonese; Conversational English, Conversational Mandarin or above</li><li>Skills: Excellent communication and consultative skills; organized and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
