Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Assist in executing client subscriptions, redemptions, and product life-cycle support with proper documentation and record retention
• Liaise with various internal and external counterparts such as Regulators, Fund Administrators, custodians, nominees, brokers, and other service providers with follow-ups and issue resolution.
• to conduct portfolio valuation and related operation reports to ensure compliance and operation excellence in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on account opening, KYC procedures, and relevant system maintenance with process optimization.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business, Finance or Accounting with minimum 5 years experience with Banks or Fund Management Company
• Familiar with Unit Trust operations and SFC, Cayman fund & LPF structure, and possess strong execution capability
• Thorough understanding in global anti-money laundering and KYC standards
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
