Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the market promotion strategy planning and execution of beauty salons, including event planning, promotion design, and brand image maintenance.
Independently complete promotional film shooting and post-production editing, use creative methods to produce short and attractive video ads that are suitable for different social platform tones.
Comprehensive management of company Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and Douyin etc. social media accounts, including content planning, post publishing, interactive replies and data tracking.
Collaborate with retail store teams to convert online marketing results into actual in-store traffic, regularly inspecting exposure rate, interaction rate, and conversion effectiveness on various platforms.
Based on seasonal changes, hot topics or new product launch timing, quickly produce theme-based visual content (such as limited-time dynamic, cover image, post main image, etc.), ensuring brand information is consistent and topical.

Work requirements

Familiar with the operation logic and algorithm characteristics of Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and Douyin platforms, those with actual operation experience are preferred.
Have good aesthetic sense and network language sense, and be able to accurately grasp the content preferences and communication tone of the target audience (such as 25-45 year old women).
Excellent time management skills, able to autonomously arrange task progress under flexible working hours, and adjust the timing of article issuance and temporary shooting arrangements according to retail store operating needs.
