Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Design and adjust teaching plans according to students’ individual abilities and the requirements of their target schools, including classroom lectures, in-depth analysis of real questions, training in answering strategies and time management guidance.
Regularly grade simulated exams and assignments, provide specific and actionable written and oral feedback, and help students identify weaknesses and develop improvement paths.
Participate in course resource development, such as writing practice questions, organizing high-frequency exam point notes, updating the latest exam trends and official guide analysis.
Maintain appropriate communication with course coordinators and parents to synchronize learning progress and key milestones, ensuring continuous and targeted teaching support.

Work requirements

Have UCAT official certification or have achieved a UCAT total score above the 90th percentile in the past two years and provide a score certificate.
One or more years of teaching experience in UCAT or similar medical school entrance exams (such as BMAT, UKCAT historical versions), familiar with the application process for related medical/dental/veterinary sciences in the UK, is particularly desirable.
Have excellent logical analysis and language expression skills, be able to clearly decompose the abstract logic of the question, and teach problem-solving thinking in a simple and clear way.
Proficient in online and offline multi-environmental teaching, familiar with the use of video conferencing platforms (such as Zoom) and interactive teaching tools for remote teaching.
Highly compassionate, responsible, and empathetic, able to provide positive guidance to students with anxiety and strictly abide by teaching ethics and student data confidentiality principles.
