Engineer/Asisstant Engineer

Independently handle common technical issues in projects and effectively communicate and coordinate with client, consulting firms, sub-contractors, and owners.

Assist in the preparation of technical documents, such as shop drawing annotations, equipment lists, test reports, and as-built documentation.

Complete project schedules on time, ensuring that the project complies with relevant laws.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree/High Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

2-7 years of practical experience in MVAC and electrical engineering projects, familiar with MVAC systems (chilled water systems, air handling systems, smoke extraction and ventilation, etc.) and low-voltage electrical systems (distribution panels, emergency lighting, UPS, etc.). • Prior experience in data center projects is highly preferred; understanding of TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier standards, and high availability system operational requirements is essential.

Ability to work independently and possess strong analytical skills; proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is required; experience with Basic Revit or Navisworks is a plus.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English; ability to clearly express technical opinions and collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
