Job Overview:
1. Fully responsible for the company's collectible card game (TCG) business operations and sales growth in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and other regions.
2. Core responsibilities include the construction of the channel system from 0 to 1, the in-depth management of existing cooperative brand stores, the localization of sales strategies and their execution, and the realization of business optimization through data-driven, ensuring that the company's brand influence and sales share in the regional market are improved.
Duties:
1. Responsible for the strategic planning, development and systematization of the offline card shop channel in Hong Kong and Macao, building a hierarchical and efficient card shop cooperation network, formulating and improving channel management rules, policies and incentive mechanisms;
2. Responsible for localizing, implementing and tracking the company's sales strategy in Hong Kong and Macau, tailoring regional sales activities, promotional events and new product launches to market characteristics, and driving sales growth;
3. Actively seek out new high-quality brand store partners, complete the full process of signature, training, and sales support, periodically visit, evaluate, and maintain relationships with existing cooperative brand stores, provide product knowledge, inventory management and marketing and customer acquisition activity guidance, and enhance single-store output;
4. Responsible for collecting, reviewing and coordinating orders within the region, monitoring logistics time, ensuring a smooth supply chain, systematizing management of store information and sales data, regularly conducting sales analysis, market competitive analysis, and forming reports;
5. Continuously monitor the Hong Kong and Macau collectible card market trend, player preferences and competitive product dynamics, provide first-hand insights for business strategy adjustments, and ensure that all business activities comply with company standards and local laws and regulations.
Requirements:
2. Have experience in building or deeply managing a regional channel system from scratch, with successful cases of improving regional sales performance;
3. Proficient in data analysis tools (such as Excel, Power BI, etc.), able to independently complete sales data reports and business analysis, excellent negotiation skills, customer relationship management ability and project execution ability;
4. Hold Hong Kong permanent residency or a Hong Kong passport, and have the legal qualifications to work full-time in Hong Kong and Macau;
5. Mandarin is fluent, it can be the main working language, you must be able to use English or Cantonese at least one, for business negotiations, written communication and daily operations;
6. Have a deep understanding and passion for collectible card game culture and player communities, self-motivated, results-oriented, able to adapt to high-frequency field visits and flexible work rhythms, and with excellent business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
