Front Office Associate

*** Five-day work week ***

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling hotel guests’ check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a high-efficiency, accurate process that meets the hotel’s service standards

• Provide professional, friendly and empathetic front-line guest services, proactively responding to guest inquiries and needs, and enhancing the overall hotel experience

• Coordinate communication between rooms, concierge, dining and other departments to ensure seamless cross-departmental service

Requirements:

• Have excellent service awareness and enthusiasm, and be willing to make long-term investments in the hotel and hospitality industry

• Outgoing and positive personality, sharp observation skills, and attentive and thorough manner of handling things, all of which allow me to maintain a stable performance in a fast-paced environment

• Have independent work ability and good adaptability, and can flexibly adapt to shift arrangements (covering Monday to Sunday)

• Fluent in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to serve guests of different nationalities in three languages

• Welcome fresh graduates from vocational colleges (certificates/diplomas/degrees); those with experience in club, hotel or retail customer service are especially welcome
