業務開發經理（數位-法幣交換平台）

Responsibilities:

1、 Develop B2B clientele (foreign trade enterprises, digital asset exchanges, financial institutions) for the digital-fiat exchange platform, facilitating API integration and bulk exchange collaborations.

2、 Establish strategic partnerships with banks (e.g., DBS, ZA Bank), payment institutions, and regulated stablecoin issuers (e.g., Circle).

3、Analyze payment demands in emerging markets (e.g., Africa, Latin America) and design localized digital-fiat exchange solutions.

4、Represent the company at industry summits (e.g., Hong Kong FinTech Week) to enhance brand influence.

5、 Achieve quarterly revenue targets and assist the compliance team with client KYC/KYB processes.

Requirements:

1、 5+ years of BD experience in fintech, cross-border payments, or digital assets industries, with existing client resources preferred.

2、 Familiarity with cross-border capital flow solutions (e.g., SWIFT, stablecoin bridging) and ability to articulate technical value propositions clearly.

3、 Exceptional negotiation skills with proficiency in drafting partnership proposals (English & Chinese).

4、 Preferred: Spanish/Portuguese proficiency (for LatAm markets) or existing connections with Hong Kong MSO license partners.
