Two-phase simulation engineer

Duties include:

1. Responsible for the design of two-phase cold plates (especially microchannel liquid cold plates) including flow channels and structural design, heat-flow coupling simulation modeling, including geometric modeling, material definition, and multi-phase flow physical model setting.

2. Perform two-phase flow and phase change heat transfer simulation, analyze the flow field, temperature field, pressure field and phase change process; based on the results, identify the risk of heat dissipation, propose and verify the optimal solution for the flow channel and structure, and pursue high uniformity and lightweight targets.

3. Design heat testing and fluid testing schemes, lead the simulation results' real-world validation and error analysis, calibrate and correct the simulation model using experimental data, and complete the "simulation-experiment" closed loop.

4. Establish, validate and maintain high-precision simulation models, participate in the development and optimization of simulation analysis standards and specifications.

5. Compile professional simulation analysis reports, provide technical support to the design and process departments, participate in cross-departmental team collaboration, and drive product solution implementation.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above, majoring in Engineering Thermal Physics, Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, etc. related fields.

2. Professional knowledge with solid foundations in engineering thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics, and a deep understanding of two-phase flow and phase change heat transfer mechanisms.

3. Simulation software: Proficient in at least one mainstream CFD software such as ANSYS Fluent, Siemens Star-CCM+, or COMSOL, with a must-have capability for multiphase flow and phase change heat transfer simulation. Proficient in SolidWorks, UG NX, etc. three-dimensional modeling software. Familiar with the underlying mathematical principles of finite volume method/finite element method and other CFD solvers.

4. Have excellent skills in analyzing and solving problems, work diligently, and have good team spirit and communication skills.

5. Have experience in heat dissipation experimental testing and model calibration / those with liquid cooling plate, chip cooling (especially for the server, 5G communication, AI chip field) project experience are preferred.
