Job Description
<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Design and simulate single-phase/two-phase liquid cold plates, including building geometric models, defining material properties, and setting up multiphysics/multiphase flow models.</p><p>2. Design boundary conditions, physical models, and optimize mesh generation to ensure reliable simulation results.</p><p>3. Analyze simulation results (e.g., velocity, pressure, temperature fields, phase change processes, and heat transfer efficiency), produce technical reports, visualizations, and optimization proposals (e.g., structural or flow channel improvements).</p><p>4. Validate simulation results through experiments, support prototype development, and drive iterative improvements.</p><p>5. Conduct multiphase flow and phase-change heat transfer simulations to enhance cold plate performance for chip-level or rack-level applications.</p><p>6. Participate in evaluating overall thermal design solutions for liquid cooling systems.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Master’s degree or above in Engineering Thermophysics, Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or related fields.</p><p>2. Solid foundation in fluid mechanics and heat transfer; preference for candidates with experience in electronic device thermal management projects.</p><p>3. Proficient in CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, Icepak, or COMSOL, with expertise in at least one tool and experience in phase-change/multiphase flow simulations.</p><p>4. Strong understanding of finite volume/finite element methods and CFD solver logic.</p><p>5. Over 3 years of CFD simulation experience, with independent R&D capabilities to address complex flow problems and perform post-processing analysis.</p><p>6. Experience in flow/heat transfer experiments, able to calibrate and refine simulation models using experimental data for closed-loop validation.</p><p> Bonus: Experience in developing AI, biomimetic optimization, or response surface methodology models to enhance simulation efficiency.</p><p></p>
