Job Description

Assist IT project managers to control system upgrade schedules, provide technical support, including computer data, email, software and computer system backup and restoration, provide UAT test and related technical support advice and solve related problems

Assist Project Manager/ess to control migration through put and assist teammates' technical enquiry; As a core member in the projects of Windows migration for user data, mail and software; To assist in User Acceptance Test and to ensure the provision of efficient service
