Purchasing Manager - Consumer Electronic Factory - Stay in Shenzhen

<p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage the whole procurement process including sourcing, quotation, vendor selection, cost negotiation and vendor management preferably with experience in handling raw material, mechanical and electromechanical parts is preferable</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and establish strong relationships to meet the KPI including cost reduction, lead time reduction, quality monitoring and payment terms control</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes</li><li>Responsible for the procurement administration, customer order processing, material planning, inventory control and project management</li><li>Coaching and team development</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration </li><li>Proven experience in full procurement operation including sourcing, vendor management, cost leadership and material control</li><li>Process consumer products manufacturing experience </li><li>At least 10 years of experience in purchasing in consumer electronic in trading, factory</li><li>Proficiency in ERP system and procurement software with data analysis skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers</li><li>Good command of English and Chinese</li><li>Stay in Shenzhen</li></ul>
