Job Description

Part-time store clerk

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily operations on the store floor, including customer reception, seating, and maintaining a clean dining environment
Assist in completing the meal delivery work, ensure that the food is accurately and without error delivered to the customer's table
Communicate effectively with kitchen and other floor colleagues to improve service efficiency
Assist with opening and closing basic preparation work, such as sorting out tableware, replenishing supplies, etc.
Follow the company's service standards and provide polite and proactive customer service

Work requirements

Can be flexible with shift work, able to work at night, weekends or holidays
Have basic Chinese communication skills, able to clearly communicate with colleagues and customers
Fast reaction, proactive work, and the ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods
No experience required, those with service industry experience are preferred
Pay attention to personal hygiene and appearance, and follow food safety regulations
