Job Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries about lifestyle beauty and medical beauty treatments, providing professional and caring consultation services

• Based on customer skin type, needs and budget, recommend suitable care treatments and beauty products

• Assist customers in developing personalized beauty plans to enhance treatment results and satisfaction

• Build long-term good relationships with customers, enhance brand confidence and loyalty

• Support store operations, participate in customer follow-up, file recording, and sales target achievement

Work requirements

• Secondary school diploma or above, with 3 to 5 years of beauty consultant or related sales work experience

• Familiar with life beauty and medical beauty knowledge, those who have basic understanding of skin care are preferred

• Have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Cantonese, understand English and Mandarin as a plus

• Active and proactive, with a service attitude, able to withstand work pressure and achieve performance targets

• Holds a valid Hong Kong work visa, including Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other work permit categories
