[Requirement] More than three years of work experience, a clean criminal record, obedience to arrangements, acceptance of shift and location changes, responsibility for unit, property, building, and neighborhood sentry duty; visitor entry and exit registration and inquiry; patrol and maintenance, safety and security; and answering owner and visitor related consultation questions
