Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and managing the overall project execution, including planning, resource allocation, progress tracking and risk control, to ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality.
- As the main communication window between customers and internal teams, clarify needs, coordinate expectations, and regularly report project progress and key milestone achievements.
- Lead project start-up, planning, execution, monitoring and closing, develop project charter, WBS, Gantt chart and related management documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as technology, design, operations, legal, etc.) to promote collaboration, overcome execution obstacles and conflicts, and improve overall operating efficiency.
- Continuously optimize project management processes and tool applications, accumulate knowledge assets, and establish reusable project management standards and best practices.
Work requirements
- Have three or more years of project management experience, having independently led at least two large-scale projects from initiation to completion of the entire cycle.
- Familiar with mainstream project management methodologies (such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum or Hybrid mode), able to flexibly select and implement according to project characteristics.
- Have good logical analysis and problem-solving skills, and be able to make reasonable judgments and flexible decisions in situations of limited resources, tight time constraints, or frequent changes in demand.
- Have excellent writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, be able to write reports, presentations and meeting minutes clearly and concisely, and effectively coordinate and communicate with multiple parties.
