Financial Advisor (accepting talented individuals)

Duties include:

Manage customer relationships, enhance satisfaction and loyalty, and deepen trust.

Customize comprehensive insurance solutions such as life, car, property, health, and accident insurance based on customers’ risk and financial situation.

Expand and maintain a direct customer, referral, cooperative institution and community multi-channel business network.



Participate in company morning and evening meetings, product training and compliance learning, and continuously improve professional skills.

Job Requirements



Familiar with basic insurance knowledge, willing to learn product terms, underwriting and compensation, and regulatory requirements.

Goal-oriented, able to independently plan progress, and flexible in responding to market changes.

Preference will be given to those with IA license; those without a license will be required to complete a qualification exam and continuous training after employment.
