<ol><li><p><strong>Repair</strong></p><p>Electric motor technician</p><p>Water and electricity technicians</p><p>Air conditioning technician</p></li></ol><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p> - Responsible for residential building maintenance and inspection work, including plumbing and electrical engineering, general plumbing and electrical work</p><p>- Regular inspection of building equipment - Process emergency maintenance services</p><p></p><p><strong>Education/Requirements</strong></p><p> - Must hold a valid safety card and a Class A or above license issued by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department</p><p>- No less than two years or above building maintenance and repair work experience</p><p>- Hold a certificate in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from the Industrial College, or hold a relevant apprenticeship training certificate/valid relevant construction worker registration certificate or other relevant certificate</p><p>- Painting, carpentry or masonry for building maintenance and repair work experience is preferred</p><p>- Basic computer operations</p>
