Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's catering project development, responsible for formulating and implementing the operation strategy of Hong Kong catering projects;
2. In-depth understanding of the food and beverage industry, leading and guiding the food and beverage store management team, and coordinating the daily operations of multiple stores;
3. Responsible for the planning and execution of new store openings, including site evaluation, decoration and staff recruitment and training;
4. Build a single-store profit model from scratch, responsible for store operating task indicators, cost indicators and safety indicators;
5. Through data analysis to evaluate menu performance and market feedback, adjust and optimize store product strategies in a timely manner, and design new products that meet market demand.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in Cantonese, with five years of experience in chain restaurant project management, familiar with the operation mode of chain restaurants.
3. Have strong marketing awareness and ability, be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
4. Have good kitchen management, cost control awareness and ability, effectively control the cost of the dining project.
5. Have good food safety awareness and management skills, and be able to ensure the food safety of the restaurant.
