<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform routine on line and finished food products inspection at various stages on the production line to implement ISO/HACCP policy.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update documents of food safety system (HACCP / ISO22000) ;</p></li><li><p>Follow up on food safety & quality complaints, perform investigation, suggest possible corrective action and prepare reports;</p></li><li><p>Assist in the preparation of surveillance and certification audits;</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and participate work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff;</p></li><li><p>Assist superior to perform full cycle of purchasing activities from sourcing, price negotiation, develop supplier network and long term partnership;</p></li><li><p>Assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma holder or above in Food Science or related disciplines;</p></li><li><p>1-2 years of related experience</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, independent and with good communication skill;</p></li><li><p>Well-organized with good analytical skill;</p></li><li><p>Proficient in PC applications;</p></li><li><p>Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;</p></li><li><p>Fresh graduate will also be considered.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>5 days work week</p></li><li><p>12 days Annual Leave</p></li><li><p>Free Meal </p></li><li><p>Staff Purchase Benefits</p></li><li><p>Birthday, Maternity & Paternity Leave</p></li></ul><p></p><p>All applications and data collected will be treated in strict confidence and used exclusively for recruitment purposes.
