Job Description
<p>Responsibilities: </p><p></p><p>• Develop mid to short-term product plans in alignment with the Group's strategy. Drive end to-end product launch from concept to market by collaborating with R&D, Production, Quality Control, Marketing, and Sales departments. </p><p>• Conduct in-depth market trend and consumer needs analysis. Monitor competitor activities and industry intelligence to provide strategic recommendations for NPD and formulate differentiated product strategies that fit the brand identity. </p><p>• Lead the new product development process, including concept design, composition, packaging, pricing, and launch strategy. Oversee packaging sampling, label approval, and production material matching to ensure compliance and timely launch. </p><p>• Manage the entire product lifecycle post-launch. Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop integrated marketing plans, drive product iteration, extension, and channel strategy optimization to enhance product competitiveness and profitability. </p><p>• Establish a systematic product model framework, defining product positioning, target audience, price points, and design style to support data-driven decision-making. </p><p>• Take full ownership of product marketing and promotion. Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand influence and product sales. </p><p>• Monitor and analyse sales data, consumer feedback, and market performance. Regularly evaluate campaign ROI and adjust product and marketing strategies accordingly. </p><p>• Develop annual A&P plans and manage the budget to ensure efficient resource allocation. </p><p>• Effectively coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations across R&D, production, logistics, and sales. </p><p></p><p>Requirements: </p><p>• Authorized to work for employers in HK without Visa sponsorship.</p><p>• Fluent in English and Cantonese, working proficiency in Mandarin. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Economics, Food Science, or a related field. Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Nielsen). </p><p>• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in FMCG, food, imported food, or multinational food brands. Proven experience in building successful products from 0 to 1 is highly preferred. </p><p>• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and supply chain management. Ability to independently manage the product lifecycle and ensure compliance. </p><p>• Strong market analysis, logical thinking, innovation, and exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. </p><p>• Passionate about the food industry with a strong focus on quality and detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. </p><p></p><p> Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Based on the group strategy, formulate medium and long-term product planning, coordinate with R&D, production, quality control, marketing and sales departments, and push products from concept to market through the whole process. </li><li></li><li>Lead the new product development process, including product concept design, composition, packaging, pricing and launch strategy, coordinate packaging sampling, label review and production material matching, ensure product compliance and timely launch.</li><li>Responsible for the full life cycle management of products after their launch, collaborating with the marketing department to develop integrated marketing solutions, driving product iteration, extension and channel strategy optimization, and continuously improving product competitiveness and profitability.</li><li>System establish product model system, clarify product positioning, target audience, price range and design style, and provide data support for product decision-making.</li><li>Full responsibility for product marketing and promotion, planning and executing online and offline integrated marketing activities to enhance brand influence and product sales. </li><li>Monitor and analyze sales data, consumer feedback and market performance, regularly evaluate the ROI of marketing activities, and adjust product and market strategies in a timely manner.</li><li>Responsible for the development and budget control of the annual A&P plan, ensuring efficient use of resources.</li><li>Highly coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth progress in product R&D, production, logistics and sales. </li></ul><p> Work requirements:</p><ul><li>Fluent in Cantonese and English. Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, economics, food science, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred, and Excel, Power BI and Nielsen are familiar with data analysis tools. </li><li>More than 5 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods, food, imported food or multinational food brand product management, those who have successfully created a bestseller from scratch are preferred.</li><li>Familiar with food safety regulations and supply chain management, able to independently complete product life cycle management and related compliance processes.</li><li>Have excellent market analysis, logical thinking and innovation abilities, outstanding communication and coordination abilities, and good at cross-departmental collaboration.</li><li>Strong passion for the food industry, attention to quality and details, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.</li></ul>
