Job Description
Perform day-to-day operational tasks of trade finance transaction processing
Perform daily operations related to import and export bills
Respond to customers on queries related to trade finance, import/ export bills
Copy, file and scan related documents
Dispatch documents as per business requirements
Provide support to business Relationship Managers
Prepare daily reports
Ensure compliance with guidelines and policies of internal as well as external rules and regulations
Manage the customer service function by offering efficient services to meet the day-to-day requirement of Corporate and Institutional customers
Resolve client queries and servicing requests as and when they arise within stipulated TAT and without defects
Assist customers for completion of trade finance requirements and other banking requirements
Understanding and adhering to compliance framework set out for day to day activities.
Ensure timely handling of trade finance requirements etc. without rejections
Any other relevant task or duty as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Any other relevant projects and activities assigned from time to time
