Market expansion director is responsible for designing and implementing the company's market expansion strategy, focusing on driving cross-border e-commerce and digital trade business growth, improving market share and enhancing brand influence. This role requires in-depth understanding of market dynamics, proactive identification of business opportunities, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the achievement of company goals.

Main responsibilities:

Market strategy formulation:

- Develop annual market expansion plan, including market positioning, target customers and promotion plans, especially for blockchain shopping malls and e-commerce field.

- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to respond to changes.

Business development and resource integration:

- Responsible for business development, digging up potential partners and resources.

- Organize meetings to promote effective internal and external communication.

Market research and analysis:

- Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior and needs, especially in the field of digital trade.

- Prepare market analysis reports, providing data support for decision-making.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners, promoting business cooperation.

- Regularly communicate with customers, collect feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team management and training:

- Recruit, train and guide the market expansion team, and improve overall performance.

- Set team goals, monitor progress, and provide necessary support.

Cross-departmental collaboration:

- Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, etc. departments to ensure effective execution of market strategies.

Qualifications:
